3 Days Tour from Errachidia to Merzouga Desert

Day 1: Errachidia Airport to Merzouga

airport to Merzouga, our journey will begin towards the beautiful Merzouga desert, known for its

sand dunes, but before that, we will have the opportunity to stop and enjoy the beauty of the region.

Oued Ziz is known for its palm trees and various dates. There, we can take beautiful pictures. 

After that, we will have time to explore and walk at least an hour To enjoy the beauty of nature , after that, we

will return for lunch, which will consist of Moroccan duties,After lunch, we will head towards

Merzouga, passing through Erfoud, the city known for its various types of minerals, where we can

visit a fossil fabrication before we continue towards the Merzouga desert.the night will be in a hotel

or riad with bed dinner and breakfast.

Day 2: Merzouga Around

The second day will be disappointing. After the morning meal, we will meet the driver, who will be waiting

for us to pick us up by car (4×4) and drive to explore the region, we will begin our journey towards the

nomadic people, passing through the beautiful sand dunes of Merzouga, where we will have the

opportunity to take some pictures from the tops of the dunes and enjoy for a little while before we

drive towards the nomadic families, saying that they are settled in the border area between Morocco and

Algeria.

 Then we can Drink some tea with them and discover an aspect of their daily life. After that

we can continue towards Mafis, the oldest village in the region and known as a mineral area.After

that, we will continue towards Khamlia, the beautiful village known for its African cultural heritage

(Gnaoua music).

 We will have the opportunity to enjoy beautiful African dances. After that, we will

pass by a traditional Moroccan restaurant to have lunch, and over there they serve a type of food

called Berbere pizza, which is a local meal. 

after lunch, we will go to start our anticipated trips with

camels in the middle of the golden sand . Then we will ride our camel and start to cross the dunes.

we will have the opportunity to take some pictures of the sunset before we continue towards our

luxury camp where we will spend a very beautiful night and be able to see the stars and enjoy

a traditional music inside the desert. The night will be spent with bedtime dinner and breakfast.

Day 3: Merzouga back to Errachidia Airport

We will wake up early to take some picture of the sunrise and enjoy the beautiful view of desert

.after that, we go back to our camp, where we can have our breakfast before we ride the camels and

return to the center of Merzouga, where you will find our driver waiting for you to start your journey

towards Errachidia Airport, passing through the city of Rissani an ancient city that is characterized by

a traditional weekly market, where you will have opportunity to walk and take some beautiful

pictures . 

After that, you can visit Abdel Halim Palace, which is considered one of the most important

tourist attractions in the world. Among the oldest monuments in the region, Rissani was at one time

the capital of Morocco. After that, we will head towards Mount Madour (jbal lmdwer), which was

used for some of the films that were filmed in this region. After that, we will continue our route to

Erfoud for lunch and then go directly to Errachidia Airport, where our 3-day Days Tour from Errachidia to Merzouga Desert ends.
