4 Days Tour from Fes to Merzouga Desert

Day 1: Fez – Ifrane – Azrou – Ziz Valley – Merzouga Desert

On the 4 Days Tour from Fes to Merzouga Desert. Departure for Merzouga, where we will visit an enchanted forest in Azrou and enjoy watching monkeys climbing the cedars. We will then continue through Midelt, the Ziz Valley and Errachidia. Arrival in Merzouga where we can feel the peace and tranquillity of the desert, contemplate the spectacular sunset and the fascinating starry sky. Accommodation in a hotel near the dunes.

Day 2: Merzouga – Nomadas – Khamlia – Erg Chebbi

After breakfast, we’ll start the grand tour of the dunes, passing through Saharan villages, one of them Khamlia, where we’ll enjoy Gnawa music, then we’ll visit the desert nomads in their tents, discovering a new sense of life…. In the afternoon we’ll take a camel ride into the desert and spend the night in the middle of the dunes in some nomad tents, where we’ll listen to music, the rhythms of the drums usually played by the desert Berbers.

Day 3: Erg Chebbi – Rissani – Todra Gorges – Dades Valley – Ouarzazate

You’ll wake up early to watch the beautiful sunrise from the top of the dunes, then, mounted on camels, we’ll return to the hotel where you’ll have breakfast and head to Ouarzazate, passing through Rissani where we’ll stop to visit its traditional souk, which is considered the largest in the whole of southern Morocco, then on to the Todra Gorges, the Dades Valley, the Valley of the Roses and the oases of Skoura. Arrival in Ouarzazate and hotel accommodation.

Day 4: Ouarzazate – Ait Benhaddou – Marrakech

After breakfast and before continuing on to Marrakech, you will visit the Kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou, where many films have been shot, such as “Lawrence of Arabia” “Babel” and “Gladiator”, then continue on to Marrakech through the High Atlas mountains via the Tizi N’tichka pass. Beside the mountains, you’ll see Berber villages and farms. At the end of the day, arrive in Marrakech and end our 4 Days Tour from Fes to Merzouga Desert.
